To Kelly Barlow @Verdura I am writing on behalf of the staff from Anderson Knight to thank you and your staff at Verdura for your interest and care which contributed so much to the success of our Christmas party on Friday 15th of December 2006. We have received many positive comments from guests and staff about the evening and about the food. The food was light and healthy and a great alternative for people who are feeling the strains of to many parties over the Christmas period.
